We have embarked on a program to establish a values-based culture that pervades everything we do at ERM. This commitment is not only driven by compliance – although regulatory compliance is a necessary part – but also by our corporate values of integrity and fair dealings. During FY12, ERM took significant steps in this journey by strengthening internal processes and systems that will help us monitor and manage various aspects of business conduct.
The focus of our ongoing efforts is to integrate the highest standards across ERM’s organization, in keeping with our principles and values and with the commitment we have made as a signatory to the UNGC.

Child and Forced Labor Policy
The purpose of this policy is to support international efforts against child and forced labor in conformance with the ERM Code of Business Conduct and Ethics by prohibiting child or forced labor use or involvement by ERM. ERM is committed to the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labor and to the international effort to abolish child labor.
