Our sincere thanks to all that that provided comments on the Draft Scoping Report and took part in the public participation meetings held in November 2012. The comment period for the Draft Scoping Report came to an end on the 14 December 2012 and. All comments that have been raised to date have been recorded in the Comment and Response Report.

Based on comment received and further interaction with the specialist team, the Draft Scoping Report has been finalised. The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the availability of the Final Scoping Report (FSR) for a 21 day public review. The FSR is available for public comment from the 14 January 2013 to 04 February 2013.
