Future targets

Based on our materiality analysis, we have established material topics, key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics and targets for FY18 and beyond. This is the first time ERM has set multiyear targets, and we view this as an important step in our approach to sustainability.

 

 

Governance

    Show increase over prior year for gender diversity among Senior Consultants, Technical Directors and Partners. Develop baseline of languages spoken and number of nationalities represented by employees

Occupational health and safety

  • FY18 target

    Days away from work case (DAWC) rate at or below 0.12 and no fatalities

    Contribute 1% of prior year profits to support sustainability initiatives around the globe, primarily through the ERM Foundation
