Jeanne Millan-Bernal

Jeanne has more than 12 years experience in AgChem and joined ERM as a Regulatory Project Manager in the Crop Protection team. She is the IUCLID Phase Manager. Before joining ERM, Jeanne worked as a regulatory project manager and toxicology expert in consultancy. Before being in the regulatory affairs, she has been a study director in a major Contract Research Organisation (CRO) for 12 years, responsible for the dermal absorption department.

Alison Hamer

Alison Hamer is a Partner in ERM’s European regulatory affairs team, having been in consulting since 2000. She began her regulatory career in 1992 at the UK government authority PSD, now CRD where she managed new active substance projects. She advises European and Global clients on regulatory matters related to crop protection products – including biologicals and biostimulants. She has acted as UK representative at European Commission and OECD working groups and trained officials and industry experts in Europe and Africa. Alison spent six years as head of communications and marketing at the UK centre for biorenewable fuels and materials. She has a PhD in fungal ecology from Cranfield University.

Daniele Ruccia

Daniele Ruccia is a Crop Protection Partner Lead with an agronomist background and almost 20 years in the agrochemical world, where he has been involved mostly with roles covering strategic and regulatory affairs responsibilities for the plant protection products industry. In his latest role before joining ERM in September 2021, he has been heading the global multicultural regulatory team of 30 people for a multinational post-patent company with headquarters in China.

Torsten Hauck

Torsten is a partner with 24 years of experience. His expertise covers Crop Protection, Biologicals, Biocides and Veterinary Pharmaceuticals. Torsten has worked at the global level, supporting major registrations in the EU, the USA and Asia. He has held leadership roles in both European and Global regulatory functions. During this time, he has established a network to industry, industrial associations, authorities, and scientific institutes.

Adam Shannon

Adam Shannon is a principal consultant in ecotoxicology and environmental risk assessment at ERM. Adam began his regulatory career, after working as a research fellow and lecturer in the National University of Ireland, by joining a regulatory consultancy in Ireland in 2008. During this time he specialized in environmental risk assessment of conventional plant protection products and biopesticides. He advised clients on new EU biological applications across the agricultural and biocide areas. Adam stayed in consultancy until 2016 when he moved to industry, working as environmental science lead for an agrochemical manufacturer and leading their first moves into the area of biopesticides. Adam has a PhD in genetics and molecular biology from the National University of Ireland where his research included early investigations into RNAi in free-living and entomopathogenic nematodes. Adam has a keen interest in the emerging field of genetic and RNAi-based biological products for the crop protection and biocide markets.

Stella Prelovsek

Stella Prelovsek is a Senior Consultant in the Sustainable Products and Supply Chain team at ERM, with over three years of experience in the Crop Protection industry. With a background in Plant Sciences, she supports clients in efficacy trial management and product performance assessments to meet regulatory standards. Stella has in-depth expertise in EFSA confidentiality assessments and managing dossier submissions in IUCLID, providing clients with clear guidance through the regulatory process.
