Jennifer is based in ERM’s Dublin office, specialising in renewable energy and ecological projects. She is a recent graduate with a strong academic background in ecology and environmental impact assessments. She is also a qualifying member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM). Jennifer has extensive knowledge in statistical analysis and Geographic Information Systems where she supports projects by providing detailed analytical assessments for renewable energy projects.

Danielle is a passionate, highly motivated, and diversified environmental scientist with 10 years' experience in both private and public sectors. She has a specialized focus on wildlife, wetlands, and permitting, but a broad-based experience in all aspects of environmental studies. She has worked throughout the US, Ireland, and the UK to provide regulatory and permitting services to a variety of clients including those in the energy, mining, transportation, and private development sectors. Danielle is well adept in adapting to changing conditions and has a strong ability to multitask under high demands.

Yvonne is passionate about stakeholder engagement. Experienced in proactively engaging with stakeholders across a diverse industry range. Delivering effective communications across all levels of communities, fisheries, public sector and industry and feeding back to engineering and technical teams. Delivery of Stakeholder engagement strategies and plans. Experienced in public consultation and delivery of public information evenings and in situ community meetings. Outstanding interpersonal, presentation and networking skills.

Ian has more than 9 years experience in regulatory affairs in the environmental, waste, and energy sectors. This experience includes in-field environmental testing (soil, groundwater, waste, hazardous waste, and vapor), completing complex regulatory reports, conducting due diligence assessments and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and implementing regulatory policies across multi-disciplinary teams as they were introduced. Ian has also management experience in designing, budgeting, obtaining bids for, and completion of complex regulatory projects for a variety of commercial, industrial, and government clients.  

Ross is an experienced Consultant working on a range of renewable energy capital projects within Ireland, the Nordics and the UK. With over 8 years’ experience in renewable energy, offshore wind energy and marine, Ross has an expert knowledge of relevant policies, departmental structures and market trends relating to consenting in Ireland and the Nordics. Main areas of expertise relate to consenting, EIA project management and project development with focus on feasibility, consenting strategies and environmental due diligence. At ERM, Ross utilizes his practical experiences and understanding of infrastructure developments to strategically support clients on the associated challenges they face with project developments 

Pete is an Environmental Consultant with 18 years of international experience working in Ireland, UK, Australia and New Zealand. I specialize in leading teams of consultants to deliver client focused solutions across multiple sectors and services including renewable energy, environmental impact assessment, environmental site assessment & remediation, and environmental due diligence.
