Breanne is a Partner in ERM’s Renewables Practice, with a passion for the wind industry. She has 20 years of experience across the European Union, North America, and Asia where she has worked in industry, not-for-profit, and consulting organizations.Breanne has supported wind project development through new market entry and feasibility studies, offshore wind bid support, supply chain strategy, offshore floating lidar surveys, large contract negotiations, and measurement campaign design. Her clients include offshore wind developers and operators, governmental agencies, wind associations, and the highly sought-after wind supply chain. Prior to joining ERM, Breanne managed large offshore wind floating LiDAR projects globally and contributed to the development of floating LiDAR standards and commercial acceptance of the technology. She is the Partner-in-Charge of an ERM joint industry project focused on studying data from multiple floating LiDAR campaigns to reduce measurement campaign uncertainties and improve project financing and investment returns. Breanne possesses skills in project and account management, leading large and diverse project teams, and supporting the commercial acceptance of new innovations and participants in the wind supply chain.

This 5th edition of Energy Week Black Sea premier gathers key stakeholders and leaders from Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Türkiye, and Georgia committed to advancing renewable energy across the region. The event welcomes key stakeholders from Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Türkiye, and Georgia. Since its launch in 2020, the event has fostered a strong sense of community, bringing together leaders committed to advancing renewable energy across the region. In 2024, it achieved recognition as the largest renewable energy conference in Romania.
The 2025 edition of Energy Week Black Sea will feature a Green Finance Day and an Energy Transition Conference. Discussions will spotlight the latest developments in PPAs, pricing trends, Guarantees of Origin (GOs), and AIB membership.
This event comes a time, when Romania is expecting to open the concession process to renewables industry.
