Jaideep is a Partner at ERM with over 23 years’ experience as a sustainability professional. He is responsible for Services & Innovation globally and is a member of ERM’s Global Executive Committee. In his role, he addresses clients’ most pressing sustainability opportunities and challenges through holistic global offers that bring together market leading innovative solutions.

Jaideep’s previous work has included supporting Financial Institutions and Corporates, applying market-leading Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) approaches including undertaking portfolio-wide consideration of business impacts of sustainability issues, helping meet ESG expectations of their stakeholders, applying broader ESG approaches to pre-acquisition due diligence and running effective post-acquisition value enhancement programmes.

He has worked extensively for Asset Managers and Asset Owners including: KKR, Bain Capital, Bridgepoint, Carlyle, EQT, Permira, Blackstone, OMERS, IFM, Riverstone, and Inflexion amongst others supporting their investments across a range of sectors.

Jaideep was retained by InvestEurope (formerly EVCA) from 2012-2105 to co-develop and co-deliver their Integrating ESG training course to 60+ PEs and LPs and sit on their ESG Core Roundtable. He was also a key author of the joint publication with PRI “ESG Monitoring, Reporting and Dialogue in Private Equity”. He is a civil and environmental engineer by background and has a Masters in environmental economics and sustainability management from Strathclyde Business School.

Andrew is a Senior Partner and leads ERM’s Global M&A Advisory Services. He has over 30 years’ experience working on sustainability and EHS issues.

Rahul has 15 years’ of M&A and consulting experience in the energy sector. Specific focus includes M&A and Transaction Advisory.

Ian is a Partner in ERM’s Infrastructure M&A team. He brings 20 years’ of consulting experience, predominantly focused on due diligence and M&A, across multiple infrastructure sectors and geographies.

Don has over 30 years’ of experience in the energy industry, specializing in Physical Asset Management and M&A advisory, with expertise in leading technical and ESG due diligence.
