Sustainability in Focus: 2025 Trends Leading to COP30

Felipe leads projects on sustainability strategy, climate risks and opportunities, communication, and sustainable finance. Throughout his career, he has supported several companies in assessing their sustainability performance.

In sustainable finance, he led the project for Brazil’s first performance-based bond issue. In the climate sector, he has led several risk and opportunity assessments, CDP, TCFD, and valuation projects. With almost 20 years of experience in the field of sustainability, Felipe holds a degree in economics and a master's degree in sustainability from FGV-EAESP.

Guilherme is Partner at ERM, based in Sao Paulo’s office in Brazil. He leads a dedicated team of 20+ professionals serving Brazil's leading banks, insurers, and investors in alternative assets (PE, VC, Infra, Real Estate) on their ESG and Impact journeys. He is a leading expert on climate risks for the Latin American financial sector, having spearheaded the integration of recommendations from the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) into Brazil's banking sector through Febraban.

He also has extensive experience evaluating E&S management practices for the top 8 Brazilian banks and other 50+ credit institutions across Latin America . Guilherme advised the Brazil's largest PE and Infrastructure impact funds and has developed green finance products and strategies in other financial segments, including the IDB's Energy Efficiency Insurance and the EU's first blended finance operation with a Brazilian bank.

Tatiana is Partner, head of our Sustainable Finance programme practice. She coordinates team of 12+ analysts focused on projects typically funded by cooperation agencies, philanthropic foundations, and multilateral development agencies, and trigger systemic change in key private sector actors and ESG regulations. She coordinated the technical assistance work to the Brazilian National Treasury, with funding from the IDB and the World Bank, to develop its first Sovereign Sustainability Bond Framework.

She also developed two taxonomies and five ESG frameworks for the structuring and financing of water and sanitation infrastructure projects in Brazil for the Ministry of Regional Development (MDR) of Brazil, with support from the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation in Agriculture (IICA).
