'Power' to the People of Africa - social risk management and its returns
ERM features in the 2016/17 issue of the Africa Energy Yearbook, an EnergyNet publication. The feature centers on the social risk management and the associated returns for power sector investments on the African continent. Investment in the power sector across the continent is growing and non-technical risks, both environmental and social, need to be carefully considered by investors. ERM partners with our clients to manage these risks.
ERM is currently the sustainability partner for EnergyNet (‘a global portfolio of energy forums, investment meetings, and collaborative dialogues focused specifically on the power generation and industrial sectors across Africa’), and actively participates in their events across the globe.
