As one of the leading international providers of environmental, health, safety, risk, social and sustainability consulting services, we are pleased to announce our extended offering to our North East and Yorkshire-based chemicals clients with the recent opening of a new regional office at the Wilton Centre in Teesside.
Companies operating in the area will have local access to a full range of ERM services. We support our chemical sector clients with new market entry, capital project delivery, achieving sustainable operational excellence, developing and delivering responsible asset retirement strategies, improving corporate reporting, and generally helping clients achieve safe, compliant and sustainable operations.
The team in Teesside will be led by ERM Partner Russell Cullen, who has extensive local experience and will be supported by a number of other discipline specialists as he continues to develop ERM services to chemicals operators in the region.
He comments: “ERM values the chemical market in the UK and has done for many years. Many of our clients are based in the Teesside area and, as a result, with the increasing confidence in the UK economy, a new office to service the North East and Yorkshire makes perfect sense.”
Internationally, ERM has grown to become one of the world’s leading sustainability consultancies with over 150 offices in 40 countries, employing over 5,000 people. In the UK and Ireland, we also have offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Manchester, London, Oxford, Swansea, Bristol and Dublin.
Our services include support to mergers and acquisitions, contaminated land, environmental impact assessment and planning, air quality and climate change, risk management, compliance and assurance and management of demolition/decommissioning. We also have a strong track record in the oil and gas industry (on and off shore), as well as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, power, mining and financial sectors.
