ERM will sponsor the “10th Annual Health & Behavioral Safety” Conference in Amsterdam and present on how to effectively drive a step-change improvement of contractor safety.
The conference, one of the largest high-level events in the region, will build this year on its very successful past platform to move the discussion forward in health & safety, bringing together practical case studies and enable an open and honest discussion on what the future of the sector will be. The conference gathers more than 250 senior management representatives. Among them, are many of ERM’s clients.

ERM at the Conference
ERM will be sponsoring and speaking at this year’s conference in Amsterdam. Kathleen Goossens, ERM Partner and lead of the South European Divisional Safety Team, will share insights from her direct experience on the ground and will talk about safety performance of contractors at the session “Effective investigations/ support and contractor Management” on Tuesday October 10th at 13:10.
In addition, ERM will be exhibiting and senior members of the Safety Services team including its Managing Partner for Global Safety Services and Technical Risk Services Don Lloyd and Partner, EMEA Regional Leader for Safety Services Valery Kucherov will be available for targeted discussions.

Kathleen Goossens is a Partner and divisional Leader for ERM’s Safety services. Based in Belgium & Netherlands, she has over 30 years’ experience, including as biochemical engineer and as environmental, safety and sustainability consultant.
Over the last 10 years, Kathleen focused mainly on improving safety performance of ERM’s industrial clients. She achieved outstanding results with her safety work in different global regions and sectors, such as chemicals, pharmaceutical, mining and metals. She triggers leaders to better understand true performance, what is driving safe behavior and their role as leader in the organization. Working at all levels in the organization on risk awareness, interaction skills, safety leadership and coaching created positive outcomes and a safer workplace in many companies.
