ERM at the Conference

Session 1 - Focus on China regulations

Dr. Ken Liu, Principal Consultant with ERM in Taiwan, will give regulatory update on Taiwan: a practical perspective on the regulation - comparing current legislations in Taiwan, Korea, and the EU - and sharing insights on the practical aspects of the regulation, such as key points of a dossier preparation.

Junho Lee, ERM Senior Consultant Product Stewardship from South Korea, will share insights from his experience and will discuss about K-REACH and its updates.
The conference is an excellent opportunity for ERM to continue to build relationships with our clients globally. The development and implementation of REACH-like regulations in Asia Pacific is triggering a comparison among chemical legislations, placing an increasing importance on data sharing activities to maximize the use of available data.
Junho Lee is a Senior Consultant with ERM Korea, currently leading ERM Korea PS team as a project manager working on Consortium management for PEC joint registrations, new chemical registrations and other Korea related supports for ERM clients. Mr. Lee has 10 years of international experience, specialized in the field of Chemical Regulations and Standards including Korea, China and Europe.
Dr. Ken Liu is Principal Consultant with ERM Taiwan. During his career, he has managed various programmes mainly focusing on two fields: new chemical materials development for industries and chemical substance related national regulatory implementation for the government. With his diversified professional chemical background, he is familiar with different areas and assists companies to be in compliance with chemical management laws and regulations.
