Christopher Kiermayr, a Partner at ERM based in Germany, will explore the key findings of ERM Capital’s private equity survey revealing which ESG issues had had impact on existing investments and how to add value to deals.
Christopher Kiermayr has extensive experience in providing environmental, social and associated governance (ESG) advice including for mergers and acquisitions related due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side), post-acquisition value enhancement ESG reviews, strategy development and implementation support.
Christopher has provided ESG consulting support to national and multinational investors, developers, and manufacturers, across all industrial sectors including a focus on the Financial (Private Equity) and Chemical sectors across Europe, Asia, Africa and North and Central America. His projects have ranged from large multi-site, multi-jurisdictional transactions to developing corporate strategy around sustainability, corporate governance and management system development and implementation through to providing specific compliance and liability related solutions.
