ERM Consultant Trista Chen to participate in WBCSD’s Future Leader Program
06 February 2015
Principal Consultant Trista Chen has been selected to participate in the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) Future Leaders Program (FLP) 2015. This is the first time ERM has participated in this high profile program spread over the coming 12 months.
The FLP was established by the WBCSD to help identify the skills needed by future leaders of member companies, and to provide a unique platform for them to develop and test these skills in a real-world setting. The theme of this year’s program is scaling up business actions on climate change and improving the business case. ERM is a founder member of the WBCSD.
Trista’s focus is within Transaction Services and is based in our Shanghai office in China where she plays a leading role focused on the chemical sector in the country.
Commenting on her selection for the FLP Trista said: “I see this as an exciting opportunity to understand more about global business trends, and to bring these insights back into ERM. I am also looking forward to building strong networks with the 30 other participants in the program – many of whom come from client companies.”
The part-time program will include Trista attending three residential sessions, with the first being held in the US. This first session commences with a program at Yale University, before moving to New York City for briefings from key leaders – including ERM Partner Peter Rawlings who will be sharing our insights into how business is responding to the changing climate.
