New regional Health and Safety Leader for Latin America and the Caribbean
Sao Paulo, Brazil
At ERM, we view world-class health and safety performance as the most essential element of everything we do.
I recently joined ERM as the new Health and Safety Leader for our Latin America and Caribbean region. My role is to provide leadership and direction while working with key internal stakeholders in strengthening ERM's safety culture and leadership across the region. At the same time, I work with senior leadership and the entire organization in the region to leverage behavior-changing elements of the program in order to ensure that our workforce is safe.
Before joining ERM, I worked as a consultant and held senior health and safety positions in a range of industries. In addition to completing a health and safety management course at Harvard University, I have a masters degree in occupational health, am a certified occupational hygienist and hold a degree in biology. I believe these skills and experience will support our teams in the region, who often deal with very challenging working environments.
I am excited to engage with ERM employees throughout the region as we continue our journey to improve our health and safety culture and programs.
