ERM, the world’s largest pure play sustainability consultancy, has appointed Olaf Schatteman as Global Service Leader, Sustainable Products and Supply Chain. He will be based in ERM’s office in Milan, Italy.

Schatteman has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain strategy, operations management, sustainable products development, sourcing, procurement and strategic transformation, working across a wide range of industries.

He joins ERM from Bain & Company where he led its Performance Improvement Practice in Australia and New Zealand, helping clients to transform their operations to deliver better customer experiences and boost revenues while enhancing their environmental and societal impact. He was previously Managing Director at Accenture, leading the firm’s supply chain, operations and sustainability services across Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East & Turkey.
