ERGs assist the organization in fostering an environment that excels in diversity & inclusion initiatives by serving as the common voice for employees who identify themselves with a particular dimension of diversity (e.g. gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc.).
Each ERG has two ERM Partners who act as sponsors, along with a liaison from the Inclusive culture advisory group and some ERG members who take a lead on the group's activities. Membership is open to all at ERM – you do not need to belong to any dimension of diversity in order to participate. Each ERG also has a charter which outlines the scope and purpose of the group. Our current ERGs include:
- Disability
- LGBT+
- Women
- Working parent and carers

Our Employee Resource Groups are a hugely important part of our inclusive culture approach. They connect people through a shared interest or passion and build a support network that might not otherwise be possible. They nurture relationships between our diverse groups and their allies, as well as making sure we have some ground-up momentum to support our central programs.
