Assurance

ERM has an assurance process in place in order to ensure the quality of information contained within this report, as well as stakeholder confidence in the accuracy and reliability of our reporting.

Our internal assurance process focuses on the quality, accuracy and management of our reported data. Internal assurance was conducted on the FY17 data by an ERM CVS team that performs external assurance for clients utilizing internationally recognized methodologies.

We continue to implement recommendations made by our external assurance provider for our FY16 report. Shine evaluated our adherence to the AA1000 AccountAbility Principles Standard (2008) and the GRI G4 Principles for Defining Report Content and Boundaries Protocol (download our FY16 External Assurance Statement).

We anticipate obtaining external assurance for future ERM sustainability reports.
