Build a stronger profile and client relationships in business development
Business development is fundamental to the growth and reputation of ERM. Your primary focus in a business development role will be cultivating client relationships and building both your own and ERM’s external profile.
Our business development team regularly participate in ERM client seminars and conferences and maintain a strong peer network. We also ask more experienced team members to provide coaching and mentoring to help our consultants collaborate more effectively with clients.
Demonstrate a passion and an aptitude for business development, and you will be encouraged to deepen your expertise to enable ERM to win larger and more significant client projects.
High-performing individuals can also progress to Partner level by following a business development career path. Important steps on this path include becoming a Key Client Director responsible for one of ERM’s major accounts, a Sector Leader or a Practice Leader.
As well as providing a route to partnership status, these roles will enable you to apply your business development skills across a wider client and peer network.
