Olga Samani is a Associate Technical Partner working at ERM in Boston, Massachusetts. She has extensive experience with air quality modeling, emissions inventory development, source characterization, and risk assessment. Ms. Samani has conducted a wide range of projects involving the application of dispersion models for industrial clients ranging from simple stack applications to complex projects involving an array of stacks and fugitive emission sources in the US and around the world. She has been involved a number of challenging modeling applications with power plants, manufacturing facilities, steel and paper mills designed to demonstrate compliance with the current ambient standards.

Christie is the air quality technical lead for ERMs EMEA region, and also provides technical direction to ERMs air quality teams globally. Christie has specialized in industrial air quality for more than 25 years, and has experience in more than sixty countries. They have experience in a wide range of industrial applications including hydrogen, metals, cement, power, mining, manufacturing and infrastructure. Christie is highly experienced in undertaking dispersion modelling, designing and executing ambient air quality monitoring, emergency event investigation, and advising clients and colleagues on all aspects of design, abatement and mitigation related to air quality. Christie has extensive experience in carbon capture having worked on the UKs first two CCS projects in 2014 to 2016 and more recently been involved in the Planning and Permitting of multiple CCS facilities in the UK and North Western Europe. Through this process Christie has undertaken a lot of work in developing the UKs regulatory position and detailed methodologies required for the air quality impact assessments for CCS facilities. Christie is also very active with the Carbon Capture and Storage Association. They have authored and contributed to several technical papers, chaired the 'Path to Permitting' workshops with UK regulators, is a core member of the Permitting Technical Working Group and acts as a technical bridge to the UKs Institute of Air Quality Management. Christie regularly presents at UK and global conferences on a wide range of air quality related topics. Christie is also an experienced Expert Witness and has represented clients at numerous public enquiries and public exhibitions as well as liaising with regulators, technology providers, and stakeholders.

Mr. Guido is a Technical Consulting Director with Envronmental Resources Management. His experience includes working with both large and small project teams often consisting of the integration of team members from offices across North America. He has developed many important team-building skills, and has fostered excellent working relationships with numerous regulatory agencies. His experience with geographically integrated project teams has enhanced his skills related to working well with complex organizations. Dan is a leading professional serving many chemical, pulp & paper and forest products industries, food & agriculture, manufacturing and technology, media & telecommunications industry clients. His primary focus is in air quality, including permitting and air dispersion modeling.

Mark DiPrinzio, P.E., is a Technical Director with Environmental Resources Managment, Inc, (ERM) and has over 30 years of environmental consulting experience primarily supporting industrial clients’ address complex air quality engineering and compliance topics, as well as sustainability topics such as energy and resource efficiency. His air quality experience includes extensive work on complex projects for a wide varied of industrial clients to address NSR/PSD applicability and permitting, BACT/LAER evaluations, NSPS and NESHAP compliance, auditing, as well as pollution control engineering design and installation for capture, conveyance and control systems. He has led air quality compliance and engineering projects for clients in various industrial sectors including power generation, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and beverage, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors, among many others. Currently he is leading compliance and engineering design projects for multiple clients focused on controlling potential PFAS emissions.

Mr. Soux has over 20 years of experience in the fields of air quality and climatology. Mr. Soux’s work has involved the air quality, GHG, and meteorology components of Environmental Assessments for a range of clients, including many in the mining and oil and gas sectors. Mr. Soux has also been a part of a large number of due diligence projects and provided expertise subject to IFC and EP4 regulations related to air quality, GHG emissions, and climate change risk assessments. Mr. Soux is an experienced air dispersion modeler and has led many ambient air quality and meteorological monitoring installations and reviews.

Doug Dziubla is a Principal Technical Consultant at ERM that specializes in the design, operation, and maintenance of ambient air quality and meteorological monitoring networks. Beginning as an ambient air monitoring field technician in 2013, he developed a deep understanding of all aspects of development, maintenance, and calibration of air monitoring systems. He now leads a team of specialists that operate monitoring programs worldwide. We highly value traceability, accuracy, and efficiency to deliver our programs.

Mr. Gibbons has 32 years of air quality management/environmental compliance/air permitting/air dispersion modeling experience, environmental compliance, health & safety programs/process safety management. More specific expertise includes: air permitting compliance, emission inventories, including PSD, non-attainment NSR, and Title V applications, Control technology analysis, including BACT, LAER, RACT, and MACT determinations, including cost-effectiveness calculations, Compliance monitoring and performance, including air emission testing, EHS compliance auditing, TRI and Tier II Reporting, chemical management systems, storm water permitting, SPCC/SWPPP development, hazardous waste disposal, implementation of OSHA safety programs (e.g. machine guarding assessments, LOTO, HAZCOM, Emergency Action Plans, indoor air quality, hearing conservation, EHS performance metrics analysis, etc.), PSM programs for the food industry (ammonia refrigeration) and federal/state/local agency negotiation.

Mr. Gibbons’ experience includes work for both industry and consulting. He spent 4 years with agri-business company, Bunge North America, Inc., as a Corporate Environmental Engineer with responsibility for over 120 facilities. Most recently, Mr. Gibbons worked for 6 ½ years with a power generation equipment manufacturer as the Corporate Environmental Manager and Interim EHS Manager (3 years) with responsibility for 22 facilities globally,

In addition, Mr. Gibbons has spent 20 years providing EHS consulting services to a variety of clients, including the following representative list: engine / generator manufacturing, paint manufacturing, food & beverage, electric utilities, aerospace, agri-business, transformer manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, LFG processing to RNG, coated parts manufacturing, biofuels/waste-to-energy, oil & gas, mining, battery manufacturing, investment casting parts manufacturing, construction rental equipment.

Tom Wickstrom is a Partner and Account Manager at ERM, based in the Philadelphia office. With extensive expertise in air quality and climate change, Tom specializes in a range of air quality assessments and modeling techniques, including AERMOD, CALPUFF, and CAMx. He is proficient in conducting ambient air quality monitoring, air toxics health risk assessments, and major source air permitting. Tom's experience also encompasses regulatory reviews, meteorological modeling, and compliance for sectors such as midstream oil and gas, and power plants. His comprehensive skill set ensures effective air quality solutions for a diverse array of clients.
